Mindy is the Editor-in-Chief of a whiskey magazine, though she can frequently be found with a gin neat or an over-hopped IPA in hand. Having dived headfirst into the spirits industry at 22, she quickly realized that whisk(e)y is meant to be drank and shared with friends, not stored on a shelf and stared at. Gravitating more towards Scotch than anything else, her favorite distilleries are The Balvenie and Bruichladdich. She hopes to make the trip overseas one day, a solid month in Scotland sounds right up her alley.
