The Wizard of Whiskey
25+ years in the spirits industry — the anchor, the context, the pour that makes everything make sense. He doesn’t gatekeep. He pours and explains.
In 2012, Justin Koury sat down and decided to launch a podcast called Wizard of Whiskey. His journey into whiskey started many years earlier when he fell in love with peated scotch and bourbon around the same time. Justin is the Founder & CEO of BevFluence with 25+ years wrapped up in food, wine, whiskey, and hospitality. With an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism, he’s built a career around creating authentic experiences and helping brands share their stories. Known as the Wizard of Whiskey, Justin hosts the Wizard of Whiskey podcast and co-hosts Swig and Ramble, where drinks, real talk, and a few strong opinions all flow together. Whether it’s whiskey, wine, or cracking open a good book, Justin believes the best conversations happen when people get honest — from deep dives into the drinks industry to hard-hitting talks about the stuff that actually matters. His upcoming American Whiskey Book features over 1,000 blind tastings and dozens of conversations with the folks behind the spirits. He’s all about building connections, challenging the status quo, and keeping the drinks world real.
The Human Hand Grenade
Ex-Mormon, adult content creator, zero filter, says the thing everyone is thinking.
Nichole Woolsey is a 41 year old adult content creator and author from Utah. Nichole is a married, polyamorous, mom of 5 who left the grasp of the Mormon church in 2020 and has embraced the more taboo side of life as she deconstructs from the religious oppression she was apart of for 36 years. After gaining a large following on social media, she entered into the life of online adult content creation where she enjoys most of her time, exploring the delicacy of human pleasure and kink as well as gaining deep insight and learning about the complexity of male emotions and the state of their mental health in today’s society. Going from the prude and pious stay at home wife and mom to the enticing exhibitionist, her story is wild and full of crazy twists and turns. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend of 5 years building cars, driving fast, listening to music, going to the gun range, and laying in the sun. She says “What the fuck?” about a million times a day and enjoys coconut rum or any peachy drinks. Add a weed gummy into the mix and you’ll get some very interesting existential crisis conversations out of her. In 2013 she organized and held a 2nd Amendment rally at the Utah state capitol before she ever even owned or shot a gun. Advocating for gun safety and training while still preserving the right to keep and bare arms is a continued passion for her as she looks to her next project of opening a family friendly interactive laser shooting range, restaurant, and gun store one day.
