This week, Justin and Violet sat down with Trey Busch, the winemaker behind Sleight of Hand Cellars in Walla Walla. Founded in 2007 with one goal—make world class wines while having the most fun legally possible—Sleight of Hand has been turning heads and landing on Wine Spectator’s Top 100 lists ever since.
We cracked open two gorgeous vintages: the 2011 and 2015, both showing off what happens when serious expertise meets unapologetic passion. Trey walked us through his journey in the wine business—from the early days in a 900 sq. foot storefront to their current 10-acre estate on the southside of Walla Walla Valley. This is a guy who knows his terroir and isn’t afraid to let the fruit speak for itself. https://www.sofhcellars.com/
